Ken....the RF Gain does not control the transmit power of the radio.....
Great video, I have this radio, brand new still in the box. This helps a lot. I didn't know what any of the buttons were! LOL. Thanks for the info, now to get a Wilson 1000 then I think I will have a pretty good package!
after buying a new K30 antenna and a new cobra power mic. I set the swr calibration as you stated. Just like in the manual. most channels are below 3. a few are not.  I don't receive very well and know one can here my transmissions. I had a guy say he can hear the mic key up but cant hear the voices. Do you have any suggestions that I might try?
