CB radios are brilliant!!! They must be so much fun talking in the CB language!!!
CB radio's are epic!!!
for the english this was interesting but for us Aussies it was even better. I still have and use today many of my radios but I am moving into Ham Radio because the internet has killed CB almost fully dead but I still remember great days of Foxhunts, Eyeballs and of course checking out the sexy YL's and YYL's. My first love and I met on CB. I have sold alot of radios over the years but now I am recollecting and I will be posting a video soon of my Shack err sorry Radio Room :)
It was legalized in 1981,not 82 like he said in the video. Thats why all legal radios have a sticker saying cb27/81,which means 27 megz,1981.SIMPLES.
Well I'll be.... A good sensible intelligent review of good ole CB radio. Who would have thought it from the BBC. Dj1

I also came on cb radio in 1979 ;) ahhh what memories :)
Stuff the likes of Facebook & Twitter, CB all the way. The youth of today have it all too easy with the age of the Internet and mobile phones...they know no different.
